Licence and Terms of Use

Thank you for shopping with Creativeusart. Every design you buy from us comes with the licence below. It's written in plain language so you know exactly what you can do.

You can

• Use the design for your own personal projects, as many times as you like.
• Make and sell physical items with the design, such as t-shirts, mugs, tote bags, tumblers, decals, cards, signs and home decor. There is no limit on how many you make or sell.
• Use the design on print on demand sites (for example Printful, Printify, Redbubble or Etsy print on demand shops) to sell finished physical products printed with it.
• Make physical items as gifts, for events, for your family, school, church, team or community group.
• Resize the design and change its colors to suit your project.

You can't

• Sell, share, give away or upload the digital files themselves, whether as they are or changed, including as SVG, PNG, PDF, JPG or any other file.
• Offer the design as a digital product, such as a printable, a digital download, a clip art bundle, or a file customers can download or reuse on "design your own" websites.
• Claim the design as your own artwork, or use it in a logo or trademark.
• Share one purchase between several people or businesses. Each person or business needs their own purchase.

Good to know

• The licence is for the person or business who bought the design and can't be transferred.
• We keep the copyright in our designs. Buying a design gives you the right to use it as described here; it doesn't transfer ownership of the artwork.
